Grace Visit

So today Grace came back to town for a little while. She came back to Colorado because her sister is getting married (: And of course she gets to be a bridesmaid! So lucky. I am absolutely fascinated with weddings, so I really envy her.

Sadly, she was only able to stay in Colorado Springs for about 3 hours, before having to return and run some errands. But we made the most of it and had a great time :D

We met up at Panera Bread (the bestest food place ever) and ate some lunch there. I got my favorite meal :D Half Chicken Caesar Sandwich and half Chicken Noodle Soup, with a Mango Smoothe <3 Probably the best meal in the entire world.

We ate outside because the weather was absolutely stunning, even though it was a tad bit too hot. There was this one Magpie (a bird for those who don't know) that was so smart! If you have ever been to a Panera, you would know that when you are done with your dishes, you sit them up on top of the trash counter area, and wait for them to be picked up. Well, this Magpie would fly over and eat the leftover food on the dishes every time someone put a new dish up there! It was so funny. Interesting how smart some birds can be.

Anyhoo! It was only me, Amanda, Grace, and Mirelle at first. Carley was able to come, but only for a short while because she was on break from work. Irene came later on, and we cruised the Shops at Briargate a bit, and went into some fun stores (:

I ended up buying a Hello Kitty Wallet, a cute Owl Necklace, and some Flower Wall Hangers

It was pretty neat. While talking to Grace and Mireille, I found out that both of them are going to be in Hawaii at the same time my family is! :D Isn't that so cool? We are hoping to plan a day where all of us just hang out and have some fun together! I can't wait (:

I was sad to see Grace go, because we haven't seen each other in a long time. But I know I will be seeing her in August when I am in Hawaii, so I wasn't too sad :)
All in all it was a fantastic day! I love my friends :D
